Meet & Greet
Sometimes, people feel intimidated about visiting the doctor—especially kids—but your first free visit to Saddle Creek Orthodontics will be completely painless.
Your free consultation will last around 60 minutes. This is your chance to learn more about orthodontics, meet the doctor and team, and find out which treatment options fit your needs, budget, and lifestyle.
You'll meet our smiling team, tour our state-of-the-art office, and get introduced to your board-certified orthodontist: Dr. Kyle Fagala or Dr. John Boling. You’ll get a comprehensive exam and treatment consultation and can even get braces that same day (if your orthodontist prescribes them).

Exam & Pictures
Dr. Kyle or Dr. John will review your medical and dental history while you get a thorough oral exam—no tooth left unturned. We look at the big picture—not just your teeth, but your bite, jaw, and the shape of your whole face.
To help your doc see what’s going on under the hood, he’ll need pictures and records to visualize your teeth, jaws, and facial soft tissue.
That’s why our expert treatment coordinator will shoot some digital photos of your teeth, bite and face to determine what treatments (if any) would work for you. We might also ask you to give us some impressions and let us take a panoramic and cephalometric X-ray.

Consultation & Custom Treatment Plan
After reviewing your records, Dr. Kyle or Dr. John will join you in a private consultation room to tell you about any areas of concern while answering all of your questions.
We’re pretty conservative in our treatment approach, so we don’t think it’s always the right time for braces. But if Dr. Kyle or Dr. John do recommend orthodontics, you’ll get a personalized treatment plan crafted to help you reach your best possible smile.
We’ll walk you through the whole treatment process, explaining scheduling and expected discomfort levels to finances and payment options.

Your orthodontic journey will take a series of visits to SCO. We’ll build a relationship together through your treatment process, and our team wants you to feel like you’re receiving the best care possible.
If you feel like we've answered all of your questions and you’re ready to begin braces, you can get your brackets on during this visit! We know your time’s important and you want to make the most of every appointment to either of our offices in Germantown or Collierville.
