How adventurous is your love? Paradox Underground is an exclusive dining club that can be described as a kind of “culinary speakeasy” in Memphis that offers an experience like no other. For one night only, they transform a secret, seemingly obscure location in the city into a unique event venue where Chef Jimmy Gentry and his Paradox team serve up five masterfully created courses that are paired with the perfect potions. Both the menu and the location of the event remain undisclosed until 48 hours before it begins, at which time ticket holders will receive an email or a text revealing all the final details. As a guest, you’ll be eating, drinking, and mingling at a place no one has ever dined in before, and may never get the chance to again. Guaranteed to give you something to talk about in the years to come! Tickets are available here.

Saddle Creek Orthodontics loves your smile

Saddle Creek Orthodontics | Braces Memphis and Germantown | Dr. Kyle Fagala

However you decide to spend your Valentine’s Day this year, remember to take care of your teeth, too! Caramels, gummies, and other sticky candy can slip in between your braces and teeth, which can cause cavities to form, especially in the back teeth that are harder to reach with your toothbrush. Hard candy like message hearts can cause brackets or wires to break or come loose, and sour candies can be acidic to your teeth, wearing down the protective enamel, causing tooth decay and cavities if left untreated over time. Opt instead for soft chocolates or baked goods to keep your braces in place and your mouth happy. Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us here at SCO!

Best,
